Fal River Festival 2012 will run for ten days from June 1 to June 10.
The dates for this 2012 Fal River Festival have been announced with organisers promising the biggest and best event yet.
Running from Friday, June 1 until Sunday, June 10, the 10-day festival, which has become one of the largest in Cornwall, celebrates life in and around the Fal River.
Established in 2006, this year’s Festival will encompass over 150 events and will offer a diverse mix of culture, music, arts, food, literature, drama, industry, events, gardens, sports and history.
Festival director, Toby Budd, said: 'The festival offers something for everyone and a chance to engage with life on the Fal and discover some of the river’s history.
'The Fal River is Cornwall most popular visitor destination and the festival is a chance to really celebrate the places, people, history and culture that are connected by this very Cornish river.'

Last year’s festival was supported by the Greenbank Hotel and organisers are in negotiations and finalising details of this year’s title sponsor.
